A transformation began in 2001! This fabulous ranch was outdated and needed a complete facelift from top to bottom. The sellers accomplished that goal and much more.

The list of extensive landscaping and flowering plantings ready to burst with color will amaze you. Truly a Gardener’s delight. Renovations started with gutting the basement, living room, adding a master bath and guest room and bath on the lower level plus a storybook brick courtyard.

Ceilings were raised to 10 ft to match the original foyer, living room and former dining room. The list continues with hardwoods installed in the kitchen, den and upstairs bedrooms plus all of the main level baths were retiled. The foyer hardwood is original.

All windows were replaced with Pella windows, replaced the roof with architectural shingles and rewired and replumbed the entire home. Both floors HVAC was installed. Remaining items for the first renovation were adding the powder room, laundry room and the deck.

Next phase consisted of gutting the kitchen and adding 240 ft to the garage and kitchen raising the ceiling to 10 ft. The Garden House is a getaway stop for all ages. Offering a full bath and wiring for a small refrigerator and range.
