The double bed bunks, small refrigerator and micro. There is also an outside shower. The camper water heater does not work & the is hooked the house size water heater in the green room.

The camper roof was sealed in Spring 2023. There are 4 small places in the floor that have water damage from the roof leak prior to being sealed. The work in the green room is unpermitted.
